Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
(Closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM)

*Hours alternate every other week between our two offices. This schedule is subject to change. Please call before coming to the office.

We have designed an appointment system to accommodate the work and school schedules of our busy patients and parents. Orthodontic appointments are considered excused absences. Though we can schedule many patients in the morning or late afternoon, some appointments must be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Short appointments usually take 20 minutes and are scheduled before and after school and/or work so we can see as many patients as possible.

Long appointments, which can last 40 minutes or longer, are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We make every effort to schedule appointments at times that do not conflict with work or school, however, please note: some appointments must be scheduled during the middle of the day.

Missed appointments delay treatment and may result in additional fees.

Cleanings and Check-ups

Before orthodontic treatment, you must receive a dental cleaning and have all cavities filled. During treatment, we suggest you see your dentist every six months for a cleaning and check-up.

Routine cleanings help preserve your overall oral health and prevent decay and disease. Some dental problems, like cavities and bone loss, can only be seen by special X-ray equipment used in a dental office. Failure to see your family dentist during orthodontic treatment can damage your teeth, gums and bone. It some cases, we have to remove wires before cleanings, and replace them following your dentist appointment. We’ll be glad to coordinate these appointments with your dentist.
