Your first visit at Rappahannock Orthodontics will consist of a complimentary consultation. We’ll evaluate your concerns, questions and hopes for future treatment during this time. Part of this process involves assessing the most appropriate services for your needs and budget. We’ll wait to provide suggestions for treatment until we see you in person. Depending on your needs, we might take X-rays and create diagnostic records.

Invisalign®: Invisalign clear aligner therapy allows patients to straighten their teeth with discreet treatment. We’ll use a 3D iTero scanner to create impressions of your teeth for the aligners.
Metal braces: When you think orthodontics, you may picture metal braces. These fixtures use brackets and wiring to guide your teeth to a more comfortable placement.
Ceramic braces: Also known as clear braces, ceramic braces are less noticeable than traditional options because they use tooth-colored brackets.
Jaw treatments: We offer jaw treatment for proper spacing and bite, from expanders to Herbst appliances. These are popular for people with developing jaws. We can correct any concerns with growth as it’s happening.
Three children have had braces and we love Dr. Caspersen and staff. They are reasonably priced, make scheduling appointments easy and provide reminders. The office staff is wonderfully kind and professional. We highly recommend them.
